Megyn Kelly warns Pam Bondi’s ‘days are numbered’ after bombshell Epstein memo

Pam Bondi is catching criticism from all parts of the MAGA movement after calling ‘case closed’ on the Epstein files. Megyn Kelly doesn’t think this bodes well for her career

Megyn Kelly turned inward on her party as she slammed United States Attorney General Pam Bondi this week.

The conservative television host claimed “her days are numbered as a member of the Trump administration” after backlash hit over the handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files. After all, Bondi recently claimed the case was closed, but back in February she alleged the client list was actively “sitting on her desk”.

“One of our highest priorities is combating child exploitation and bringing justice to victims,” a memo from the Department of Justice said. “Perpetuating unfounded theories about Epstein serves neither of those ends.” It claimed to determine that no “further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted.”

Kelly criticized Bondi as she claimed, “It was all publicly released information that had already been out there … She was too lazy to actually figure out none of this is new.” At the time, Bondi even called meeting with some major movers in the political scene.

The host said, “Pam Bondi knew she was about to embarrass some of his most loyal surrogates out there, and did that willingly, or she didn’t take the time to make sure what was in those binder.”

Kelly further claimed that Bondi deflected, blaming the FBI for withholding “the real documents from her”. The media personality added, “She was going to get to the bottom of it. Then she said further release would come.

“One did not come. Then she was caught on tape saying there are tens of thousands of kiddie porn or child pornography material that we found, which again, is like, a third issue over here. And next thing we know there’s no there there.”

However, Kelly wasn’t convinced that there was some grand scheme going on in the administration. Instead, she believed that a level of incompetency played a role in this scandal.

She said, “I believe it’s government incompetence as opposed to big government machinations against us,” but “in this case, I don’t know what’s happening. Bondi has confused me. I don’t know what she’s doing.”

MAGA largely turned against Bondi in recent weeks as she was branded a “liar” by some of the public. They began to call for President Donald Trump to boot her from his administration. One on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote, “I hope Trump realizes what an Fing LIAR Pam Blondi is. She’s useless. Covering for pedophiles and never arresting criminals.”

Political influencers and figures even came out against Bondi, including Elon Musk whose alliance with Trump seemingly turned sour. He shared some memes of Bondi applying clown makeup in an effort to mock her.

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones wrote that “next the DOJ will say ‘actually, Jeffrey Epstein never even existed’.”
